Who we are
For over thirty years, the Hospice of Lake Cumberland has been at the forefront of compassionate care. We’ve tended to the needs of thousands of beloved patients, and we extend the same support to you and your loved ones.
Hospice of Lake Cumberland is a registered non-profit organization operating in the greater Kentucky region. We began in 1984 with a small team of volunteers, since then, we’ve grown to a sizable organization that services an area of seven counties.

We seek to maximize the quality and dignity of life for individuals facing end-of-life and life-limiting illness.Our services
We offer various forms of hospice care services, each tailored to the individual needs of our patients. From home care to crisis care, respite care and more, our in-and-out-patient services are designed to meet your needs at every step of the way.
The Hospice of Lake Cumberland also offers palliative care services for those seeking support for chronic pain or illness, as well as during treatment periods thereof.
Beyond our primary services, we extend our support to the family members and pets of our patients. We offer a bereavement program with several grief support services, among others.
